Terms of Service

• You need to be 18 or over to create an account, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• The person who creates a team is its owner. Owners and admins invite people, change songs and sets, and pay for Pro. The owner can hand the team on to someone else in it.

• Your team owns what it adds. You give us permission to store, format and show it only so we can run Worsheep for you.
• Many worship songs are under copyright. Add, print, project or share only songs your church has the right to use, for example under a CCLI or similar license. Worsheep doesn’t give you that right.
• Don’t add anything illegal, hateful or misleading, or other people’s private information without their consent.
• We may remove content or suspend a team that breaks these terms, or when a copyright owner asks us to. Where we can, we’ll tell you first.

Anyone with a song, set or congregation link can open it, without an account. You choose what to share and with whom; owners and admins can turn a link off or replace it at any time.

• Worsheep is free for teams of up to 5 members, with limits on songs, sets, versions and Live, as shown on the pricing page.
• Pro is a prepaid pass for the whole team: ₱249 for 1 month, ₱1,299 for 6 months, ₱2,399 for 12 months. It’s paid with GCash or Maya, and starts once we confirm the payment, which we check by hand.
• Nothing renews by itself. A pass bought early starts when the current one ends.
• When Pro ends, nothing is deleted: adding more stops at the free limits until you renew.
• We may change prices or limits for the future. A pass you’ve already paid for keeps what it promised until it ends.

• You can ask for a refund of your team’s newest pass within 7 days of paying, from Members → Plan & billing or by emailing us.
• If it’s refunded, that pass ends at once. Refunds go back to the GCash or Maya account you paid from and may take a few business days to arrive.
• After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or Worsheep was unavailable for a long time through our fault.

We work to keep Worsheep and Live running every Sunday, but we can’t promise it will never be down, so keep a backup for the service that matters most. Synced sets stay readable offline. If we ever shut Worsheep down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so your team can save its songs.

Worsheep is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what your team paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can leave a team, delete its songs and sets, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Payment records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of Rizal, Philippines.
