Pro is prepaid: nothing renews by itself, and we remind you before it ends. When it does, nothing is deleted.
Questions
- Is Pro per person?
- No, per team. Everyone in the team gets Pro when its owner or an admin pays.
- How do we pay?
- By GCash or Maya. Send the amount, enter the reference number from your receipt, and we turn Pro on as soon as we confirm it, usually within a few hours.
- Does it renew by itself?
- No. A pass covers 1, 6 or 12 months. We email you a week before it ends, and renewing early adds the new months after the old ones, so you never lose a day.
- What happens when Pro ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Your team keeps every song, set and member; adding more stops at the free limits, and Live takes 4 devices again until you renew.
- Can we get a refund?
- Yes, within 7 days of paying, for your newest pass. Ask from Members → Plan & billing and we send it back to the account it came from.
- Do people with a link count as members?
- No. Anyone can read a song or set from its link, and the congregation link is open to all. Only accounts in the team count.
