Help
How can we help?
The questions worship teams ask most. If yours isn’t here, write to hello@worsheep.studio and a person will answer.
Getting started
A song library and set planner for worship teams. Keep every chord chart in one place, play it in any key, plan Sunday’s set, share it with one link, and lead it Live so every phone in the band follows.
Worsheep runs in the browser, and you can install it from there: on iPhone, tap Share then Add to Home Screen; on Android, tap Install in the menu. It then opens like any other app.
Owners and admins make an invite link on the Members page and send it by Messenger or Viber. Whoever opens it signs up or signs in, then joins as a member. A link works for 7 days; making a new one turns the old one off.
Owners and admins add and change songs and sets, invite people, manage the team and pay for Pro. Members see everything and share links. The owner can hand the team on to someone else in it.
Not yet: an account belongs to one team. To join another, leave your current team from its Members page first.
Songs and charts
Paste the chart: chords over lyrics, or ChordPro. Worsheep lines each chord up on its syllable, finds the sections, and fills in the title, key and tempo it can see. You can also paste a YouTube or Spotify link to fill in the details.
Yes, in a tap, without changing the saved chart. You can also show a capo shape, Nashville numbers for the band, or the lyrics alone.
The same chart saved in the keys your team really sings: “Female lead” in E, “Youth” in A. Sets pick a song and a version. Free teams keep 2 versions of a song, Pro teams 12.
Worsheep doesn’t license songs. Most worship songs are under copyright, so add and share only the ones your church has the right to use, for example under a CCLI license. The CCLI number has its own field on each song.
Sets and rehearsal
Create a set for the service’s date, add songs in the key and arrangement you’ll play, and add the other parts of the service in between, such as a prayer or the sermon. Drag them into order; the run time adds up and big key jumps are flagged.
Song after song in the set’s keys and arrangements, with next and previous at the end of each, so the band can run the whole set on their phones.
Sets you open are kept on your phone, so they still open with no signal at church. Live needs a connection, and picks back up on its own when it returns.
Plans and payment
Everything that makes Sunday work: charts in any key, sets, Rehearse, every kind of link, offline sets and Live, for a team of up to 5 members with 60 songs, 12 sets and Live for 4 devices.
Room for the whole team: 50 members, 1,000 songs, 200 sets, 12 versions a song and Live for 50 devices. It’s per team, not per musician: ₱249 for 1 month, ₱1,299 for 6 months, ₱2,399 for 12 months.
An owner or admin opens Members → Plan & billing → Upgrade, picks a pass and sends the amount by GCash or Maya. They enter the reference number from the receipt (a screenshot helps), and we turn Pro on as soon as we confirm it, usually within a few hours. You get an email either way.
No. We email you a week before it ends and the day before. Renewing early adds the new months after the old ones, so you never lose a day.
Nothing is deleted. Your songs, sets and members stay; adding more stops at the free limits, and Live goes back to the free number of devices, until you renew.
Yes, within 7 days of paying, for your newest pass. Ask from Members → Plan & billing. We send it back to the account you paid from, and that pass ends.
Account and privacy
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one. It works for an hour, once, and signs you out everywhere else.
Delete songs and sets from their pages. To delete your account, email hello@worsheep.studio from the address you signed up with, and we’ll do it.
